THE ROMAN EMPIRE

We are working on a project about the roman empire. We have learnt lots of things about the romans and about school in the ancient Rome.


Ancient Rome was a powerful and important civilization that ruled much of Europe for nearly 1000 years. The culture of Ancient Rome was spread throughout Europe during its rule. As a result, Rome's culture still has an impact in the Western world today. The basis for much of Western culture comes from Ancient Rome, especially in areas such as government, engineering, architecture, language, and literature. 

We had a new friend in our class called Claudius.... He showed us different things about the romans.

We started music class with a History lesson about the discovery of America.
In 1492, a Spanish maritime expedition led by Christopher Columbus encountered the Americas. The rain stick is a typical instrument from Latin America and we.....made one!!!!
